July 1 2009: Canada Day!

Alright, fun show tonight. I got to honor some of Canada's best on the day of their... to be honest I'm not sure what Canada Day is all about. I'm under the impression it is tantamount to the July 4th Independence Day here in the 'States. Speaking of which, I think I'm going to be in Brooklyn for the Woodsist/Captured Tracks festival on 7/4 which sounds like a hell of a time. And of course, with Independence Day approaching fast, I had to play Galaxie 500 at the end of the show.
